You can’t ask for a better experience! The report came with so many pictures and descriptions and well organized by priority issues. It also was sent to us same day of inspection. He was also available next day, on a weekend, for any additional questions we had. You won’t be able to find a better inspector!

We used Joe for our new build DL Ranch purchase. Joe was very thorough, detailed and informative. The communication and follow up was great. I highly recommend Bayview Inspection Services.

We had such a great experience with Joe at Bayview Inspection Services while purchasing our home in Arizona. From our very first conversation with him, we immediately felt comfortable and confident that we had chosen the right person.

Before the inspection, Joe took the time to ask about our concerns, any issues we had already noticed, and anything specific we wanted him to look at. He listened to everything we had to say while also making sure he thoroughly checked all of the things a professional home inspector knows to look for.

We had previously had a very poor experience with a home inspector in California, so finding someone we could trust was especially important to us. The difference in our experience with Joe was night and day. He was thorough, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, and made us feel like he genuinely cared about making sure we understood the home we were purchasing.

Joe took the time to explain his findings, answer our questions, and make sure we felt comfortable with everything he found. Purchasing a home can be stressful, but having an inspector you trust makes such a huge difference.

We are extremely grateful we found Joe and would absolutely recommend him and Bayview Inspection Services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, thorough, and trustworthy home inspector in Arizona.

Joe was very detailed, and followed up with us personally after the inspection to make sure he covered everything we were looking for, and explained some of his comments. Highly recommend.
